I DID IT! 5 sets in ONE DAY!
I did 2 in a row when I first woke up. Really surprised myself actually with a desire to work-out upon waking (what the heck?) Then I'd only intended to do 2 more sets before bed, but that put me so close to my goal of 5 per day..and I'd never accomplished it before...so I pushed through a final set. Granted I got completely side-tracked by my fighting-while-supposed-to-be-sleeping kids that I wandered off in the middle of set 5 and almost forgot to finish it, but fortunately remembered on my way to bed.
I'm going to have to be careful or this is going to turn into an actual fitness blog instead of a sarcastic one! LOL! Who am I fooling?
TOTAL: 5 sets - 500 calories
