Day 17: Nutrition

Lost the soda battle today...twice. ugh :( AND ate fast food twice in one day...not good, not good. I'm constantly taking what feels like 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. Having a poor attitude day too...for almost 4 days straight now. Which comes first, the moodiness or the food choices? What a crappy cycle.

Breakfast: Bacon egg and cheese McGriddle on the way to work - 420 calories.
Lunch: #2 Meal Deal from the Bell (Basically my usual Tuesday after-work 'treat' of a double decker taco, but with Nachos and a Dr Pepper.) - ~600 calories
Supper: Chicken & Cashew Massaman curry over a couscous/quinoa blend from Trader Joe's. So good even Curly ate it - ~500 calories oh yeah...plus the soda...make that 670

Total Calories: 1690
Total liquid: 40 oz (nearly all soda)
