Breakfast: Late for work - skipped
Lunch: an apple and 16oz chocolate milk. I read somewhere that chocolate milk is great to drink post-workout. Okay maybe it said 'better than Gatorade'...same difference, right? - 400 calories
Snack 1: the last little bit of the boston creme cake and some milk - 400 calories
Supper: Home-made yogurt crust pizza and a diet sprite - 500 calories
Snack 2: a shot of Irish Cream - yes it was one of those days - around 120 calories
Total Calories: 1420
Total Liquid: (not counting alcohol) 40oz
