2 sets first thing to ease my guilt over yesterday's Lazy Day.
Let me tell ya'. Working out in a bathing suit is very motivating. I eventually switched over to my maternity suit from last year and a long cover-up before hitting the beach with the fam. Spent an hour and a half there and then the rest of the morning scrubbing the house. That has to count for something fitness-wise, but I'm not sure what.
By noon my whole body hurt so bad I couldn't even rest. Finally broke down and took some Advil which took the edge off, but I've still been very sore all day. No more exercise today.
Should I really be this sore? I may need to start incorporating stretches into the beginning and end of sets.
