Day 15: Nutrition

Had Chocolate with every meal/snack today. That's my kind of day!

Breakfast: Nutella Oatmeal - this stuff is seriously delish. I think I was supposed to add peanut butter for extra protein, but oh well - 150 calories

Lunch: Chocolate milk to hold me over to a birthday party - 320 calories

Snack/Supper: Hot dog and macaroni at the b-day party AND a Wendy's Jr frostie, because the kids don't eat hot dogs or macaroni so I had to feed them on the 40 minute drive home (Ergo, I was obviously FORCED to eat the frostie) - est. 750 calories

Dessert: I'm so spoiled a frostie doesn't cut it as far as dessert. Had the idea to make cookie's and creme chocolate ice cream, by crumbling up some Lance chocolate creme cookies into the ice cream. Decided last minute to throw some milk in and stir it up. OOOHmygoodness. Milk-shake heaven! Triple thick goodness. Had to have two servings - 600 calories

Total Calories: 1820

Total Liquid: around 24oz
- I didn't count the milkshake, but it seems like I should have?! Can anyone 'weigh in' (I'm so punny!) on the topic? After all, my body heat is certainly enough to melt the milkshake, therefore turning it into a liquid.
