Breakfast: An apple, 2 honey & quinoa pancakes, and a half glass of milk - 300 calories
Snack: A flippin' soda okay? Get off my back! *snarl* - 170 calories
Lunch: Quinoa mac'n'cheese with salmon and broccoli - my attempted pennance for the soda...and an effort to make something healthy that the kids would actually eat. Curly and Tiny LOVED it. Specs shockingly even ate a few bites. I must admit, I think I created a winner with this one. It's very filling and satisfying to boot, which is a nice change - est. 400 calories
Snack 2: Ice cream - I mean...I have to eat something than quinoa all day right? - 250
Supper: Lunch leftovers...yumyum! Couldn't quite convince the kids to eat it two meals in a row, but I still think it's awesome - est. 400 calories
Snack 3: (my 'extra' work-out reward): Boston Cream Pie icebox cake style and some milk- ohmehgerd (or however their spelling that silly phrase these days) Seriously melt-in-your-mouth sinful deliciousness! Worth every last jumping jack. - est. 350 calories
Total Calories: 1870
Total Liquid: 28 oz
Since the birth of Tiny, eating has taken over all other hobbies. Okay - eating and laziness. As of 7/1/12 weighing in at my highest non-pregnant weight, my new hobby needs to be getting fit. Or eating better. Or a combination of the two. Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves, either one will be a miracle.

Day 10: Fitness
I NEVER thought I'd be a morning person. I guess I'm still not, but it's starting to become habit for me to hop out of bed and immediately rock out a set. Starting to think I need to up it to two sets first thing (which of course is Murphy's Law code for 'watch me sleep till 9 tomorrow')
Went about my daily routine and then after putting the kids to bed realized I still needed to get a least a couple more sets in. Kept procrastinating up until the moment dessert started calling from the fridge. Then I bargained with myself - 'If you do two sets you can have a serving of dessert...and by a serving I MEAN it my inner dough-boy...Just one serving-sized serving!' And man it was totally worth the exercise...up until the 2nd set's pushups. At which time I had to lay there negotiating with myself for a few minutes before finishing. I stuck to the original bargain though and dessert was particularly delicious! Probably because of how hard I worked for it!
Total: 3 sets - 300 calories
