Sat on my you-know-what all day other than a wrestling match with the kids before bed (for the record, a really fun, but often painful, way to wear them out!)
Decided that it would be too embarrassing to have to blog about 2 days in a row without working out, so I did 2 sets back-to-back just now. My stamina has amazingly improved since day 1 (considering I fell asleep in the middle of my first set that day) but I still thought I was going to collapse in the middle of the second round of crunches...good thing I was already lying down.
Total: 2 sets - 200 calories
