Breakfast: WH saw me working out first thing this morning (actually I scared the crap out of him as he walked into the living room expecting me to still be in bed) and suggested I eat an apple for breakfast. Ooh, good idea...I had actually been pondering breakfast mid-squat. Then I decided to invent a quinoa pancake recipe for the kids' breakfast. Since they turned out surprisingly delicious (the pancakes - not the children), I ended up eating a couple too plus a glass of milk. - 355 calories
Snack: None- yay!
Lunch: The filling of an enchilada - the tortilla had gotten kind-of soggy and gross. Plus a soda...sorry :( - around 320 calories
Snack 2: Muahaha.. ran some errands during the kids' nap-time. Got a fro-yo and didn't have to share! - estimated 400 calories
Supper: Margarita turkey-loin (Do turkeys even have loins?) and dinner rolls w/butter - 350
Snack 3: Chocolate Milk - a compromise between ice cream and a swim-suit ready body by October (to be explained later) - 320 calories
Total Calories: 1745
Total liquid: 36oz
