Since the birth of Tiny, eating has taken over all other hobbies. Okay - eating and laziness. As of 7/1/12 weighing in at my highest non-pregnant weight, my new hobby needs to be getting fit. Or eating better. Or a combination of the two. Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves, either one will be a miracle.

Day 1 - Fitness
Saw 'workout guide' on Pinterest.
Burn 100 calories:
40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 pushups.
5 reps a day burns x 100 calories x 7 days = 3500 = 1lb of weight loss a week.
I can do this! No videos, no weights, no going outside in the heat (or cold as the case may be). Just pure quick, easy, lazy workout.
Eh...I'll start tomorrow.
