Day 6: Fitness

Drumroll please!....

I hopped out of bed and had my 1st set done within 5 minutes of opening my eyes! (I did pee first of  course) I was in the middle of a James Bond-esque dream when my alarm went off, so I just went ahead and took advantage of the adrenaline rush. Is there a better way to run from a super-villain than jumping jacks and squats?

Worked, played with the kids, and then did ANOTHER set! I'm on a roll! Woohoo...Miss Universe competition here I come! The funny part of the second set was the kids doing it with me. I really need a video of Specs attempting squats. He looks like an angry hunchback attempting to poop while jumping up and down. And Curly volunteered to be my crunch spotter again, ahhh. Seriously it's so much easier that way. She also did push-ups with me, and before I could get up, hopped on my back for a pony ride. Oh well, I guess I had to make up for those 'easy' crunches.

3rd set while kids are down for their nap. Tiny is slightly less entertaining to work-out with.

Thought I would maybe do a couple more sets after my Pampered Chef show tonight, but I am DOG TIRED...ain't happenin'
