Day 2 - Nutrition

Breakfast: (in Spec's words) Oatmeal squares on a milk in a bowl with a spoon - around 350 calories...because have you seen a portion size of cereal?

Snack: Half gummed up multi-grain cracker - because eating Tiny's leftovers is easier than getting up and throwing it away. Also 12oz of water + 4 oz of orange juice- 40 calories

Lunch: Mint-Chocolate Chip ice cream cone - because I told the kids they could have a rare treat if they finished their lunch quietly and without complaint. It worked so well I'm tempted to do it more often! Of course, being the amazing example of a parent that I am, I ONLY ate the treat 'Hey kids, Mommy deserves a treat just for breathing!'  - 230 calories

Snack 2: 2 colby jack cheese sticks - unfortunately graham crackers slathered in Nutella would be embarrassing for my first day tracking food choices irresponsible after ice cream for lunch - 160 calories. Plus a bottle of water.

Supper: Wendy's Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe + Free Jr Frosty + water - second food bribe of the day...well...bribe's a strong word. More like 'favorite comfort food on the planet for getting the dreaded quarterly hair-cut' for Specs, but then of course Curly has to eat what 'Bubba' eats and Mommy got some food too because Mommy is lazy and likes cheeseburgers. 500 calories

Snack 3 (otherwise known as the comfort food I shove in my face while watching TV and enjoying the sound of 3 children sleeping): Well maybe just a few Nutella Graham Crackers after all...and a glass of milk - 450 calories

Total Calories: 1730

Total Liquid: 52oz.
