Day 5: Nutrition

Breakfast: Woke up too tired to even think about breakfast and just got right to work. Thank you to Wonder Hubs who got the kids up and fed them, so I could sleep a few minutes longer. I did drink a half bottle of water though.

Snack: Peanut butter Milkbite on the way to take the kids to Open Gym at a local gymnastics studio. Wonder if I could count chasing the kids up and down the stairs as my workout for the day? *sigh* I suppose it wouldn't be fair to all of my loyal readers who are hanging onto the edge of their seat wondering how many jumping jacks I did today. Oh well - 140 calories

Lunch: Wendy's Jr Deluxe Cheeseburger and a (Free!) Jr Frosty - 1st food bribe of the day. (in other news...I didn't use a single food bribe yesterday, woohoo!) I knew today's was going to have to be a good one though to get the kids to leave the gym without looking like the World's Worst Parent. It worked fairly well and the kids were even mostly patient until we got home with the food. As yet another example of my fine parenting by leadership, I inhaled my meal in the car. - 500 calories and a half bottle of water

Snack 2: Diet soda - mmm mm formaldehyde - 0 calories I swear that's all my snack was going to be, but then the cookies started calling from the kitchen...and the first pack disappeared too quickly. *sigh* I'd like to organize a man-hunt for my willpower - 460 calories


Supper: Grilled cheese with the kiddos. Was only going to eat one, but Specs didn't want his. It's all his fault.... - 340 calories


Snack 3: A mounds ice-cream bar....while thinking how badly I really need to eliminate snacks from my life - 190 calories



Total Calories: 1630
Total Liquid: 40 oz
